Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and we were all forced to adjust our professional and personal lives, Dr. Schwartz has found teletherapy, or telepsychology, to be a convenient and efficient way to access deep healing within the comfort of each client's own space. It has since become the primary method through which Dr. Schwartz treats his clients.

  1. Comfort: Being in a familiar and comfortable environment helps the therapeutic relationships develop quickly, allowing greater awareness and breakthroughs.

  2. Convenience: Rather than needing to carve out time to get to and from appointments (all that coordination can be an endeavor in itself), now you can easily save an hour of your day while receiving a high level of care.

  3. Integration of other therapeutic tools: Utilizing technology (whether in the form of assessments or other tools) is a way to seamlessly create a baseline snapshot of functioning and to measure treatment progress.
